How we verify

• Every item is carefully inspected and verified when we source it.
• We check condition, packaging, official markings, and manufacturer details before anything is listed.
• Anything that doesn't meet our standard never makes it to the store.

Careful packaging & handling

An authentic collectible is only as good as the condition it arrives in, so we treat every order like it's going into our own collection.

• Funko Pops are shipped inside protective cases or snug-fitting boxes to guard the window and corners from crushing.
• Fragile and mint-condition items are wrapped in bubble protection and cushioned to prevent shifting in transit.
• Boxes are sized to the item and filled so nothing rattles around on its way to you.
• Every order is inspected one last time before it is sealed and handed to UPS.

If anything arrives less than perfect, reach out within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.
