Every order is packed with care so your collectibles arrive in the same condition they left us.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping isn't available yet, but stay tuned as we grow.

Processing time

We process and pack orders the same day they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During major new releases, processing may occasionally take a little longer, and we'll always keep you posted.

Shipping method & delivery

We ship via UPS Ground, our trusted delivery partner. Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after they ship. A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order is on its way.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order, so you will see the exact amount before you pay.

Careful packaging

We know box condition matters to collectors. Fragile items are wrapped and protected, and mint-condition boxes are shipped with extra padding to prevent dents and creases in transit.

Damaged in transit

If your item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

This coverage applies to orders shipped through UPS, our standard delivery partner. If you choose a different delivery company or arrange your own courier, AJ's Collectibles is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs in transit.
