These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AJ's Collectibles website and your purchase of Funko Pops, Hot Wheels, and other collectibles from us. By browsing our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order with us. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Products, descriptions & condition
We sell collectible items including Funko Pops, Hot Wheels (including Treasure Hunts, Super Treasure Hunts, exclusives, commons, and vintage castings), and related memorabilia. We make every effort to describe and photograph each item accurately, including its condition and any flaws. Because many items are vintage or pre-owned, minor imperfections may be present and will be disclosed to the best of our ability. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen.
Pricing & availability
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Items are subject to availability and many pieces are one-of-a-kind; once sold, they may not be restocked. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order if an item was listed incorrectly, in which case any payment will be refunded.
Orders & payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Our store runs on WooCommerce, and payment is processed securely at checkout through our WooCommerce payment gateway. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received.
Shipping & delivery
Shipping timelines, methods, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is delivered to the carrier, subject to the protections described in our Shipping Policy.
Returns & refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before purchasing.
Product authenticity
We sell genuine collectibles and do not knowingly list reproductions or counterfeit items. If you believe an item is not authentic, contact us promptly and we will work with you to resolve the matter.
Intellectual property
Product names, brands, characters, and logos are the property of their respective owners. References to third-party brands are for identification and descriptive purposes only and do not imply affiliation or endorsement. The AJ's Collectibles name, logo, and original website content remain our property.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AJ's Collectibles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in the State of Florida.
